New regulations at the Zeebrugge LNG Terminal

Dear customers, terminal users,

Following the Council Regulation (EU) 2024/1745 and the Royal Decree* adopted in Belgium on 28 February 2025, Fluxys LNG has implemented new processes to ensure compliancy with the new regulations at the Zeebrugge LNG Terminal.

In that framework, some adaptations were made to the Electronic Data Platform to help Terminal Users follow up their ‘Russian or Unidentified LNG’ and ‘Non-Russian LNG’ sub inventories: 

• Private – Gas In Storage (report amended) 
• Private – Gas In Storage forecast (report amended) 
• Private – LNG Origin Report (new report) 
• Private – LNG Origin Priority Form (new link)

Your automatic downloads will continue to work with previously existing data. However, additional information on ‘Russian or Unidentified LNG’ and ‘Non-Russian LNG’ sub inventories are provided in the xml should you want to use them.
