Dear customers, network users,

In order to maintain an appropriate level of services to our clients, we will  perform some maintenance activities on our ICT infrastructure on Wednesday 11 December 2024 from 04:00h to 09:00.

Please bear in mind that during this timeframe :

• Nominations will not be treated.
• Provisional Hourly Allocation Form (BALL) and Gas In Storage (GIS) messages will be impacted.
• The Electronic Data Platform (EDP), Truckmanager, Emix, CRM Extranet and any other online platform will be unavailable.
• Within-Day auctions, FCFS and Domestic Point bookings on the PRISMA platform will not take place.
