IMPLEMENTATION INFORMATION - Adaptations on 15/03/2017

31.01.2017

Please note that the following adaptations will be implemented on the Electronic Data Platform on March 15th 2017.

  • In the section Transmission/Metering :
    • A new tab will be implemented : ‘Daily Refreshed Measurements on nodes & lines – New Codification’. This tab will contain the same information and functionalities as the tab ‘Daily Refreshed Measurements on nodes and lines’ but will be based on the new codification.
  • In the section Transmission/Metering : Measurements on nodes & Lines – New Codification :
    • The title of this tab will be changed into ‘Hourly Refreshed Measurements on nodes & lines – New Codification
    • The downloads ‘Hourly Gas Analysis on Node’ and ‘Hourly Gas Analysis on Metering Line’ (new) will allow the user to download hourly values for more than 1 month,  provided that only 1 line or 1 node is selected in the field ‘Containing’.
    • The former column ‘Node/Line (old Codification)’ will be renamed as ‘DeliveryPoint’ and will only show the first 5 digits ( e.g. Formerly : 01789/1     NEW : 01789). The downloads will be adapted accordingly.
  • Automatic downloads : 6 new downloads, based on the new codification,  will become available.  Those reports are only downloadable by the new token based authentication (open ID Connect).

More detailed information can be found in the section ‘Transmission’  under the tab ‘Regulatory and Contractual Documents / Implementation Information’.

Important Notices :

  • Please note that as from 01/01/2018 all the metering data will be published with as reference the new codification (e.g. 01789-N01/A/1). The former download tabs (‘Daily Refreshed measurements on nodes and lines’ and ‘Hourly Refreshed measurements on nodes and lines’) who are based on the actual reference (e.g. 01789/1), will however remain maintained until 31/12/2017.
  • As from now on, token based authentication (open ID Connect), which is much more secure, will be the standard for our automatic downloads.  The other way of authentication (parameters in the URL) will no longer be supported as from 01/01/2018.

Please make sure that the necessary modifications into your systems - to be compatible with this new codification reference and authentication method- are executed in this transition period.
