Recalculation of allocated quantities of Gas Hour 11 - Gasday 30/12/16

Due to a technical issue, the allocated quantities sent in the ALOCAT messages around 17h30 CET were erroneous.

As a consequence, these quantities for the gashour 11 have been recalculated at 18h15 CET. All allocation messages as from gashour 11 have been resent.
