Recalculation of allocated quantities from GH1 to GH4 included - Gasday 05/10/17

Due to a technical issue, the allocated quantities sent in the ALOCAT messages from GH1 to GH4 included were erroneous.

As a consequence, these quantities have been recalculated at 10h40CET. All allocation messages as from GH1 have been resent.
