IMPLEMENTATION INFORMATION - Adaptations on 21/09/2016

 Please note that the following adaptations will be implemented on the Electronic Data Platform on September 21^th 2016.

• Hub-services : Information related to Hub-services will be integrated into the Transmission section.  A first tab, with downloadable  information concerning de Hub-volumes and the back-up and offtake fees, will be available. 

• In the section Transmission/Metering : A new tab ‘Measurements on nodes & Lines – New Codification ’ will become available. This new download is based on the new codification (formerly known as ‘internal codification’) and makes it possible to visualize information on line-level for every type of metering configuration (e.g. 2 meters in serie). This download contains hourly information on volumes and energy. 

• Automatic Downloads : LNG Terminalling/Truck Planning:
  
  • Downloading some reports requires a new method to authenticate. More information can be found in the “Technical requirements” document.
  • New version of the XSD InvoiceAppendix can support the old version and the new one.
  • Three new automatic download reports in the LNG Terminalling part:

1. Truck Loading Slots & Appointments Report: Shows the truck loading slots and appointment scheduling for truck companies

2. Truck code Report: Shows all truck codes available and authorized on the gas day

3. Tractor License Plate report: Shows all tractor license plates available on the gas day
