Fluxys Belgium: perform a Disaster Recovery Plan test on 26 June 2018 from 06:00 to 08:00

Dear customer,

Please note that Fluxys Belgium needs to perform a Disaster Recovery Plan test on its ICT infrastructure on Tuesday 26 June 2018 from 06:00 to 08:00.

Please check your latest balancing position and send your (re)nomination messages before the start of the test at 06:00 on Tuesday 26 June 2018.

During this interruption, our Dispatching remains at your disposal 24/24 hours (+32 (0)2 282 70 04).

Within this timeframe, the impact will be :  

• Your (re)nomination messages will not be processed, please send them after the abovementioned period ;
• Our confirmation, allocation and balancing position messages will be sent as soon as our systems are operational again. As from this moment, we are ready to process your (re)nomination messages ;
• Electronic Data Platform (EDP) will be unavailable ;
• Within-Day auctions on the PRISMA platform will not take place.
