Maintenance activities on our ICT infrastructure on Tuesday 15 October 2024 and on Thursday 17 October 2024

Dear customers, network users,

In order to maintain an appropriate level of services to our clients, we will perform some urgent maintenance activities on our ICT infrastructure on Tuesday 15 October 2024 from 18:00 to 20:00 and on Thursday 17 October 2024 from 18:00 to 20:00. 

Please bear in mind that during this timeframe :

• Nominations will not be treated (those should be resent after the maintenance periods)
• Provisional Hourly Allocation Form (BALL) and Gas In Storage (GIS) messages will be delayed;
• The Electronic Data Platform (EDP), Truckmanager, Emix, CRM Extranet and other online platforms will be unavailable;
• Within-Day auctions, FCFS and Domestic Point bookings on the PRISMA platform will not take place.
