In order to maintain an appropriate level of services to our clients, we will perform some maintenance activities on our ICT infrastructure on Wednesday 14 June 2023 from 03:45 to 09:00.
Please bear in mind that during this timeframe :
- Nominations will not be treated.
- Provisional Hourly Allocation Form (BALL) and Gas In Storage (GIS) messages will be impacted.
- The Electronic Data Platform (EDP) will be unavailable.
- Within-Day auctions, FCFS and Domestic Point bookings on the PRISMA platform will not take place.

Please also read this important changes :
- New report ‘Evolution of the gas in storage account’ : This report will be made available under the tab ‘Invoicing’ and shows on an hourly basis by what activity, and to what extent, the GIS-account has been impacted and thus facilitates the monitoring of your GIS-account.
