Fluxys Belgium: ICT Infrastructure planned maintenance on Wednesday 22 March 2023 – Operational Information

Dear customers, network users,

In order to maintain an appropriate level of services to our clients, we will perform some maintenance activities on our ICT infrastructure on Wednesday 22 March 2023 from 04:00 to 09:00.

Please bear in mind that during this timeframe:

• Nominations will not be treated.
• Provisional Hourly Allocation Form (BALL) and Gas In Storage (GIS) messages will be impacted.
• The Electronic Data Platform (EDP) will be unavailable.
• Within-Day auctions, FCFS and Domestic Point bookings on the PRISMA platform will not take place.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please also read this important changes:  

• Invoice XSD & XML: VAT rates were adjusted in Luxembourg. To maintain uniformity, additional fields were therefore also added in FLX's invoices, but with no impact for the user.
• Ship (un)loading reports under ‘LNG Terminalling’: From now on, these reports will be made available under the 'Invoicing' tab via separate folders.
